Who am I?

Hello there! My name is Michelle L. Risley. I'm an Ethical Vegan, Personal Trainer, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Healer, and I've been a medical professional for 25+ years. Although most of my professional career was spent working in teaching hospitals as a Clinical Pharmacist, I've had a lifelong interest in nutrition and fitness. I've always believed in a holistic approach to health and well-being.  

A few years ago, I left the medical field to pursue my true passion: Helping vegans navigate the non-vegan world so they can live their BEST LIFE and live an effortless Vegan Lifestyle, which ultimately helps to save more animals. :-)  

I've been vegan since February, 2001. My mantra is to always do my best to be the coach I wish I'd had when I decided to go vegan.
